What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, we only accept payments via bank transfer. After placing your order, one of our agents will contact you with the payment details. Once the transfer is completed and confirmed, your order will be officially accepted.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and changes cannot be made.
What is the delivery time?
Each piece is made with care and attention to detail. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production and delivery of your order.
